Technical parameter:
IHF fluorine plastic centrifugal pump is made according to the international standards and combining nonmetal pump design process.
IHF pump is widely used in automobile manufacturing, like acid washing,painting,in non-ferrous metal smelting,like electrolyte transportation,lonic membrane,
in caustic soda,like chlorine water treatment,wastewater treatment etc.
Suitable temperature range:-20ºC~150ºC,if it's over 95ºC,high temperature resistant material will be
Product feature:
-Standard design
IHF fluorine plastic centrifugal pump is made according to the international standards ISO2858 and combining nonmetal pump design process.
-Advanced lining process
Pump body,pump cover adopt metal casing(HT200) lining F46.
Impeller is sintered with metal embedded parts coated with fluoroplastic.
-The pump base material is HT200 with integral casting molding.
-The bearing generally adopts the 2RS double groove ball grease lubricating type,easy to maintain.
-Reliable mechanical seal
Shaft seals use out-fitted type advanced bellows mechanical seal
Static ring choose 99.9% alumina ceramics or Sillicon carbide,Pressureless sintered silicon arbide etc.
Rotating ring adopt carbon fiber filled with F4 material.It can be adjusted according with different conveying medias to replace alumina ceramic, Sillicon carbide,Pressureless sintered silicon arbide etc.

1.The media with magnetic impurities or solid impurities are prohibited conveying by the fluoroplastic centrifugal pump.If does, magnetic filter should be used. And it's not suitable to convey the medium that produces a large amount of crystallization after stopping.
2.It's not allowed to work at rated flow of less than 30%.
3.If the density of the media conveyed by the pump is >1200kg/m3, the motor power should be increased accordingly.
4.Max work pressure of the mechanical seal is 1.0Mpa .If the pressure is over 1.0Mpa,the stop ring will be equipped accordingly.
5.When conveying media with low conductivity,such as ultra-pure water,organic solvents,relevant measures should be done to release the static electricity produced by the running pump to prevent electrostatic damage.
6.Special medium need be equipped special grinding parts,like Hydro fluoric acid with pressureless sintering of silicon carbie,Nitric acid with ceramis or silicon carbide.
7.The mechanical seal should be replaced after the theoretical service life 2500hours.Regular maintenance will increase the service life accordingly.
8.Warranty: 12 months.
