Product feature:
Leak-proof design
Seal-less Tef lon lined magnetic drive pump, driven by magnetic coupling indirectly, motor shaft and pump chamber is completely sealed, which avoids pump leakage problem and use site pollution.
Anti-Corrosive liquid transfer pump's wetted part material is PTFE fused with FEP. It can transfer both low and high concentration acid, alkali, strong oxidizer and other corrosive liquids.
Robust pump casing. The wetted part material is fluoroplastic, and pump casing material is cast iron, and pump casing can bear part of piping and mechanical impact. The structure is tight, safe, and energy-saving. Cost-intensive wearing parts are canceled by the seal-less method of construction, which reduces maintenance costs and prolongs service life.

The metal-free system does not induce any eddy currents and thus avoids unnecessary heat generation. Efficiency and operational reliability benefit from this .Even low flow rates or media near their boiling point can therefore be conveyed without the introduction of heat.
Close Impeller
Closed impeller with flow-optimized vane channels: for high efficiency and low NPSH values. The metal core is protected by a thick-walled seamless plastic lining, the large metal core and increase the mechanical strength considerably even at elevated temperature and high flow rates .Secured screw connection to the shaft to against loosening if the pump is started up in the wrong direction of rotation or in the case of back-flowing media.

CQB series fluoroplastic alloy magnetic pump with diversified structure.
According to design pressure
(1)Design pressure: 0.6MPa, all-plastic structure
(2)Design pressure: 1.6MPa, metal + lining (or metal lining) structure
According to pipe connection mode
(1)Intubation type:mainly magnetic pumps with smaller specifications
(2)Flanged:partially plastic magnetic pumps and all metal lining pumps are flanged.
According to bearing box
(1)Long support:CQB-FL and CQB-FA series are long support structure with independent bearing box.
(2)Short support:CQB-F and CQB-FD series are short support structure,no bearing box,pump outer magnetic (magnetic coupling) directly connected with the motor.
According to base
(1)No base: small all-plastic magnetic pump and some short bracket metal lining pump.
(2)With base: all long support structure pumps and other small all-plastic magnetic pumps with base.

Structure and material:
1.The media with magnetic impurities or solid impurities are prohibited conveying by the fluoroplastic magnetic pump.If does, magnetic filter should be used. And it's not suitable to convey the medium that produces a large amount of crystallization after stopping.
2.It's not allowed to work at rated flow of less than 30%.
3.If the density of the media conveyed by the pump is >1400kg/m3, the magnetic coupling should be redesigned accordingly.
4.Max work pressure of the mechanical seal is 2.0Mpa .
5.When conveying media with low conductivity,such as ultra-pure water,organic solvents,relevant measures should be done to release the static electricity produced by the running pump to prevent electrostatic damage.
6.Special medium need be equipped special grinding parts,like Hydrofluoric acd with pressureless sintering of silicon carbie,Nitric acid with ceramis or silicon carbide.
7.The workable temperature range of the fluoroplastic magnetic pump is -20ºC~100ºC, if it's over 100ºC, the high-temperature resistant fluoroplastic and the magnetic coupling will be replaced accordingly.
8.When the external temperature is lower than the critical point of solidification temperature of the conveying medium, heat preservation measures need to be taken
9.Warranty: 12 months.
